Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be at the forefront of innovation in the telecommunications industry. Your role as the Senior Marketing Manager will focus on crafting and executing strategies that propel company growth while enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing subscriber numbers and driving revenue growth.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product Development, and Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for customer engagement.
  • Manage quarterly forecasts and provide insights to senior leadership on performance metrics and strategic direction.
  • Lead the discovery phase for new marketing opportunities and present actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing, particularly within telecommunications or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to analyze market data and develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in business case development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Compensation:
