This position is based in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence for at least three days a week.

The Senior Marketing Strategy Manager will spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving company growth, with a keen emphasis on enhancing customer retention and managing the Broadband customer segment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing quarterly forecasting processes and crafting strategies based on customer segmentation.
  • Creating comprehensive business cases for base management initiatives, considering market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Market Intelligence, Product Development, and Operations, to align on strategic objectives.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying innovative solutions and executing projects within a supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies to enhance subscriber growth and revenue performance.
  • Utilize analytics and performance management frameworks to drive commercial objectives and inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze customer data and market dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and customer retention.
  • Develop business cases for critical initiatives and implement quarterly offers in collaboration with various departments.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required); Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
Experience: 6-10 years in marketing within sectors such as telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related fields.

Skills and Competencies:
Financial acumen and experience in business case development, with a focus on return on investment. Proficiency in forecasting and results measurement in a competitive environment.

Strategy Development:
Proven experience in defining and leading marketing strategies. Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
