Program Manager Role Summary

The Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day functions of the program, ensuring safe and effective patient/client care. This role shares leadership responsibilities with the team and coordinates services to achieve quality and compliance of clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage team members, client/patient outcomes, workload delegation, and supervision.
  • Program Sustainability: Ensure effective service utilization and case load management to achieve financial goals.
  • Quality and Compliance: Work closely with management to ensure quality and compliance of clinical documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in Social Work, psychology, or related field.
  • License/Certifications: Maine State licensure to practice at the independent level of an LCSW, LCPC, or Ph.D. in mental health and substance abuse.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in community settings and 3+ years of clinical supervisory and management experience.
