Community Clinic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support for full life-cycle talent management. The successful candidate will coordinate and administer various HR-related responsibilities, including record-keeping, project coordination, employee communications, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Onboarding Process: Assist with creating and sending offer letters, employment agreements, and other paperwork to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- HR Administration: Provide oversight for I-9 processing, reference checks, background checks, and new hire processing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Document Management: Scan documents into Dynafile and maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support HR operations.
- Reporting and Compliance: Assist with reporting, internal audits, and compliance assessments to ensure Community Clinic's HR practices meet regulatory standards.
- Training and Development: Assist with training, reporting, and monitoring to support employee growth and development.
- Junior HR Generalist Support: Serve as a backup in a Junior HR Generalist capacity, as needed, to support end-to-end talent management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Certifications: Familiarity with the State of Maryland Employment Law and experience in an HRIS system, preferably ADP WFN.
