Job Title: Human Resources Director

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and talent management.

Responsibilities:
  • Coach leadership in matters relating to people, HR processes, employment practices, and other HR programs
  • Manage change related to Human Capital programs and HR goal achievements
  • Enhance and build the capability of the business by incorporating the people component into strategic planning, development, and assessment
  • Establish a positive employment environment to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
  • Maintain awareness for management on issues of workplace discrimination and related issues
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of management experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 5 years managing enterprise-wide projects and business/strategic process improvements experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of Human Capital, Human Resources, or Organizational Development experience
  • PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification a plus
