Position Overview:

At Plank Seafood Provisions, we pride ourselves on being a premier oyster bar and seafood grill, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and remarkable flavors. Our menu showcases a selection of fresh, high-quality seafood, expertly crafted cocktails, and a thoughtfully curated wine list. Compensation: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance & Presentation: Ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for presentation, quality, and accuracy before it reaches our guests.
  • Efficient Delivery: Work closely with team members to guarantee the timely and precise delivery of dishes to the appropriate tables, maintaining a seamless flow of service.
  • Guest Preferences: Communicate any special requests or modifications between the kitchen and service staff, ensuring that guest preferences are accurately conveyed and fulfilled.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly address any challenges that arise during the dining experience, collaborating with team members to find effective solutions.
  • Work Area Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring that all necessary utensils, garnishes, and condiments are readily accessible for team members.
