Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team of professionals. As a server at Truluck's, you will play a vital role in delivering our core values to our guests and community.

Responsibilities
  1. Dining Room Set-up and Maintenance: Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and prepared for guests.
  2. Product Knowledge: Maintain accurate knowledge of menu items, including allergens and ingredients.
  3. Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, adhering to steps in service and scripts as trained.
  4. Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean and well-maintained throughout the service period.
  5. Point of Sale Operations: Accurately compute guest checks and operate the P.O.S. computerized cash register system.
  6. Tip Declaration: Lawfully declare tips according to the tip declaration procedure.
  7. Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
  8. Alcohol Certification: Pass the state alcohol certification examination.
  9. Performance Standards: Meet or exceed performance standards in all job functions.
  10. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional service and results.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' previous hospitality experience.
  • Professionalism: Proven history of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
  • Education: Basic computer usage skills and command of the English language.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 9 hours, carry and lift small and large trays up to 40 pounds.
