Job Summary

Responsibilities
  1. Dining Room Set-up and Maintenance: Perform set-up, side work, and closing duties to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  2. Product Knowledge: Maintain accurate knowledge of menu items, including allergens, to provide informed service to guests.
  3. Guest Service: Serve guests according to established steps in service and scripts, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.
  4. Table Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure the dining room and service area are clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of safety and sanitation.
  5. Point of Sale Operations: Compute guest checks and operate the P.O.S. computerized cash register system with accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Tip Declaration and Management: Lawfully declare tips according to established procedures and maintain accurate records.
  7. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain open communication channels.
  8. Professional Appearance and Conduct: Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company standards and expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of previous hospitality experience
  • Proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment
  • Ability to stand for 9 hours and perform job functions while wearing specified uniform
  • Good hearing and command of the English language
  • Basic computer usage skills
  • Ability to carry and lift small and large trays up to 40 pounds
