About the Role

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance.
  • Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and client engagement.
  • Recruit and train top talent for sales positions.
  • Ensure store standards are maintained through delegation of tasks.
  • Curate and execute in-store activations and support new store openings.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and systems, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office a plus.
  • Work effectively under pressure and manage store opening and closing procedures.
  • Build and manage team schedules and payroll.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct management experience and 3 years of customer service and/or retail experience.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
