As the Director of Operations, you will oversee critical functions across administration, personnel management, financial oversight, facilities, and business systems.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities:

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supervising administrative operations, including human resources, financial management, facilities oversight, and IT services.
  • Creating and executing operational policies and procedures to enhance workflow and efficiency.
  • Tracking key performance indicators and operational metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and oversee the firm's budget, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Implementing cost-reduction strategies and resource allocation plans to boost profitability.
  • Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Partnering with attorneys and support staff to guarantee outstanding client service.
  • Establishing and executing quality assurance protocols to maintain the firm's high standards.
  • Addressing client feedback and concerns promptly to improve the client experience.
  • Working with the leadership team to formulate and implement strategic growth initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities for business development, process optimization, and service enhancement.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics to guide strategic choices.
  • Exhibiting high energy and resilience while demonstrating empathy.
  • Excelling in project management and systems development to drive operational success.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment that prioritizes continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, 4 or more years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • Valid TX Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Significant experience in team management.
  • Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $20,000,000.
  • Expertise in refining business processes and managing systems for profitability.
  • Demonstrated leadership in employee management and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to interpret financial reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Effective management of external resources, including accountants and technology vendors.
  • Prior experience in the legal field and familiarity with law firm operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of divorce and family law is advantageous but not mandatory.
