  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing multiple departments in an acute care facility.
  • Experience in physician relations or recruitment required.

Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Knowledge of technical and professional skills management, human resource management, labor relations, and hospital economics.
