Roles And Responsibilities

Legal Strategy and Compliance:
Formulate and execute legal strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
Guarantee compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Stay informed on legal and regulatory changes that may affect the organization and propose proactive measures.

Contract Management and Negotiation:
Analyze, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal.
Provide insights on contract interpretation and enforceability matters.

Risk Management and Litigation:
Recognize legal risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
Supervise litigation and disputes, including coordination with external counsel when necessary.
Conduct investigations and respond to legal claims or regulatory inquiries.

Corporate Governance and Compliance:
Counsel on corporate governance issues and ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
Support the board of directors and senior management on governance matters and decision-making processes.
Oversee corporate filings, registrations, and disclosures.

Intellectual Property and Data Privacy:
Manage intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support in daily operations.

Legal Training and Education:

Skills And Qualifications

Additional Information
This is a full-time position. Occasional travel may be necessary for meetings, conferences, or legal proceedings.
