Job Title: Sales Development Representative

SimpliGov LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating qualified leads for our Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and follow up with a high volume of cold leads to educate them about our SimpliGov platform and value proposition.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our platform and its capabilities to effectively communicate its benefits to potential customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce and sales enablement tools to manage leads and opportunities.
  • Support Sales Executives by prospecting and scheduling qualification meetings and product demos.
  • Maintain a sufficient volume of outbound activities to achieve or exceed your monthly quota of scheduled demos and qualified opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a strong entrepreneurial personality.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable and confident in contacting potential customers.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Apollo (or other sales automation and CRM systems) is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $60,000 plus commission and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
