As a Guest Experience Expert, you will take the initiative to provide a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities include processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
This role requires you to be on your feet and moving around for extended periods, taking a hands-on approach to work. You will be required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
