Job Summary

The Front Office Representative is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests, process hotel registration, and handle all guest transactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure effective resolution of guest complaints and concerns.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to arrange for services requested by guests and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates genuine hospitality and exceeds guest expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of hotel front desk experience or equivalent customer service experience.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and strong attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and Mobility: Ability to stand for long periods and move around the hotel as needed.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as required.
Working Conditions

The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All associates must be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move associates from their accustomed shift and alter assigned duties as business dictates.
