We are looking for passionate individuals to fill the role of Customer Engagement Specialist. This position goes beyond basic front desk duties; it is about crafting a friendly and inviting atmosphere that ensures every visitor feels appreciated from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests, including members and staff, both in person and via phone. This includes greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, and maintaining security protocols.
  • Gain familiarity with our offerings and facilities to assist customers effectively. Responsibilities include checking in members, explaining membership advantages, and managing ticket sales.
  • Build and nurture relationships with regular visitors through personalized interactions and follow-ups.
  • Exhibit flexibility by supporting other departments as needed, handling administrative tasks, and responding to emergencies with professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, showcasing strong interpersonal skills, technological aptitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Adapt to outdoor responsibilities and demonstrate effective conflict resolution capabilities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to create memorable and helpful interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a readiness to learn new systems.
