Job Overview

At Mercurial, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior account management team, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to revenue generation efforts through our community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Account Managers: Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Presentations and Meetings: Participate in sales presentations and meetings with clients to showcase our clients' products/services and value proposition, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
  • Strategic Development: Help develop sales strategies and proposals to meet client objectives and drive revenue growth, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within the sales and business development field, expanding your skill set and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development is a plus, but not required.
