Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage and maintain accurate AR records, reconcile AR accounts, and resolve any discrepancies. Analyze and report on AR aging and collections.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage and maintain accurate AP records, ensuring timely payment. Process and record vendor invoices, payments, and credits. Analyze and report on AP aging and vendor performance.
  • General Ledger and Bank Account Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of general ledger and bank accounts.
  • Inventory Control: Support inventory control efforts, ensuring accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Plant Manager on-site and report to the offsite Finance Director.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive manufacturing accounting experience is required.
  • GAAP Knowledge: Understand and follow Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • ERP Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems required, preferably Microsoft Dynamics/Navision.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) is required.
  • Excel Skills: Proficiency with advanced features in Excel is required, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
