  • Establish and nurture customer relationships while delivering outstanding support through various communication channels.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues related to orders, transactions, and experiences that may not go as planned.
  • Innovate and propose strategies to enhance each customer's experience, presenting ideas to the team for implementation.
