Schedule: Full-time hours, typically Monday through Friday, with flexibility required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate catering staff schedules to guarantee timely delivery, service, and cleanup of all events.
- Prepare and serve food at scheduled events under the guidance of the Catering Director.
- Engage with clients to discuss setup requirements and address any last-minute changes or issues.
- Deliver food and beverages to event locations as needed.
- Ensure proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all catering equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in catering or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
- Must be able to obtain necessary food handling and alcohol service permits as required by state law.
