Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

At Savencia Cheese USA LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
  • Partner with business leaders to implement and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees in all areas of HR, compensation, payroll, benefits, and general policy interpretation.
  • Consult with managers and staff on employee relations issues and ensure the integrity of the company's progressive disciplinary policy.
  • Manage talent acquisition, talent development, and performance management, as well as provide guidance on organizational design.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, and support new employees in their onboarding and exiting employees in their offboarding.
  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Identify and organize training needs for departments and individuals, and promote a positive work environment for all employees.
  • Assure compliance with company policies and Federal, State, and Local employment laws.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR employment, benefit, and compensation laws and regulations.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administrative practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion/confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • PHR or SPHR Certification.
  • Experience with Oracle and/or ADP.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English.
