We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Managed Accounts Specialist to provide essential operational and service support for our Centrally Managed Platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Financial Advisors, their assistants, and internal Service Associates to ensure that advisor-driven requests are handled with precision and communicated to the Overlay Manager accurately and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Support: Deliver exceptional operational support for Centrally Managed Platforms, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
- Request Management: Ensure that all advisor-driven requests are in good order and efficiently relayed to the Overlay Manager, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Financial Product Knowledge: Understand and manage the operational aspects, risks, and fees associated with various financial products, providing expert guidance and support as needed.
- Research and Coordination: Conduct thorough research and coordinate with multiple operations departments to resolve inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Service Excellence: Excel in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail even under pressure, and upholding a strong commitment to delivering extraordinary service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations and customer service within the financial services industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, and reliable access to a stable internet connection.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- License Requirements: Series 7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (with the opportunity to obtain these licenses in the future if not already held).
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge of financial markets and platforms, including Beta, Siebel, and Documentum, is highly desirable.
