Role Summary:
As a Leasing Consultant at Sage Ventures LLC, you will be integral to our goal of delivering exceptional service to our residents while ensuring high occupancy levels and promoting revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include leasing apartments, offering top-notch customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome potential residents and conduct tours of available units, highlighting the distinctive features and amenities of each property.
  • Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process, including application completion, credit and background checks, and lease agreement preparation.
  • Respond swiftly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and leasing policies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to devise and implement effective leasing strategies, including marketing initiatives and resident referral programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and remain informed about local trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive pricing and positioning of our properties.
  • Maintain organized leasing records and documentation, ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
