We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to lead our property management portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and resident management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of property management professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely submission.

- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a property management or hospitality role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
