Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at Peak Management LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding their new home and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective residents with finding a new apartment home and guide them through the application process.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects, understanding their unique needs and requests.
• Organize and maintain accurate property and lease files.
• Respond to incoming correspondence and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare the office area for daily leasing activities and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Tour the property with prospective residents, showcasing model and vacant units.
• Utilize on-site software to manage move-ins, move-outs, rent postings, and other essential tasks.
• Complete move-in packages, test apartment keys, and inspect apartments prior to move-in.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policies.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including creating spreadsheets, preparing written correspondence, and answering phones.
• Collaborate with the manager to collect rent and maintain accurate collection notes.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on multi-family leasing experience.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
• A valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience:

• Multi-Family Leasing: 1 year.

Required License or Certification:
