Sales Executive Leader

POSITION OVERVIEW
A prominent supplier of stainless steel and nickel alloy products is seeking a motivated Sales Executive Leader to drive growth in their operations. The successful candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in stainless steel and nickel alloy offerings, while also being capable of supporting additional product lines. Building and nurturing relationships with clients and suppliers is essential to ensure exceptional service and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly reporting to the Vice President of Sales, responsible for promoting stainless bar and alloy products and associated services.
  • Comprehending the variety of available shapes, including a wide range of stainless steel and nickel alloys, bars, and shafts.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining relationships with current clients and expanding business with new prospects.
  • Skilled in successful negotiation tactics.
  • Possesses strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational capabilities and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Confident in decision-making, positively influencing both clients and the organization.
  • Highly driven and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Displays emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, adaptability, thoroughness, patience, and independence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Over 8 years of relevant experience in selling stainless and alloy bar products across industries such as Aerospace, Manufacturing, Marine, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical.
  • In-depth knowledge of stainless and/or alloy bar and pump shaft quality materials.
  • Experience with specialized metals including stainless steel, copper, and nickel, among others.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, including a base salary and commission structure.
