About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at A.P. Møller - Maersk A/S. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in a defined target market, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and collaborating with sales teams to develop new business and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Business Development: Lead meetings with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and our products to provide expert advice to clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with management and operations to meet customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Market Research: Identify new opportunities and maintain a robust customer database to inform sales strategies.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation of our products and services.
  • Exceed Goals: Surpass revenue goals and improve win probability through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communicator: Build rapport with clients and prospects, negotiate deals, and communicate effectively to drive sales growth.
  • Organized and Efficient: Manage your time and responsibilities well to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Use CRM tools and other software effectively to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
  • Problem Solver: Propose innovative supply chain solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in transportation and logistics with a history of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
  • Driven and Ambitious: Eager to meet and exceed revenue targets and take on new challenges.
