**Job Title:** Medical Office Coordinator

Texas Surgical Arts is seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to multitask various duties in a high-demanding environment.

**Job Description:** As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing front and back office duties, including answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and obtaining pre-authorizations for surgery. You will also be responsible for taking before and after photos of patients, rooming patients, documenting vital signs, and ordering medical supplies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting, with excellent phone etiquette, great communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Must be proficient in both front and back office duties, with great attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and social media savvy individuals are encouraged to apply.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
