Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Talent Strategist to partner closely with our HR Business Partners and hiring leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across various functions, roles, and role levels.
  • Conduct labor market research and analyze trends to identify potential talent pools and inform recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Total Rewards teams to enhance our employer brand and promote our company culture.
  • Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to understand their talent needs, organizational goals, and develop customized recruiting plans and pipelines.
  • Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment and placement efforts and regularly report on metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, utilizing networking and social media platforms.
  • Document and curate role and role level specific skills, tools, experience, characteristics, competencies, and opportunities.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR Strategy.
  • Strong understanding of current recruitment trends and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with savvy time management skills.
  • An attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
