Job Overview

DirectedLINK is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of the contracts division, you will provide analysis and management support for employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in creating correspondences, reviewing contracts, and updating internal systems.
  • Update management on contracts, document reviews, and handle contract implementation.
  • Make outgoing calls to representatives and members upon request.
  • Prepare and provide documents, reports, presentations, and information in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Review existing contracts and advise management on contract rules.
  • Assist in member contact and follow-up on issues/projects.
  • Organize, file, and maintain documents.
  • Review current contract systems and processes, and recommend improvements to streamline processes and improve functionality.
  • Edit and proof documents written by staff members.
  • Set up and maintain project files (both hardcopy and electronic).
  • Scan and copy documents.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with employment or labor law, contract/document reviews, and/or working with employment contracts.
  • Bachelor's in HR/Law/Business or professional experience within labor law is preferred.
  • Professional experience drafting legal correspondence, reviewing, and redlining is required.
