Contract Administrator

We are partnering with a leading international retailer based in Los Angeles, CA, to find a skilled Contract Administrator to lead contract management efforts and optimize contract systems. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Legal Affairs and collaborates closely with a dynamic legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle with vendors, customers, and partners, ensuring proper execution and storage.
  • Optimize contract management systems and collaborate with legal teams to finalize complex deals, implementing best practices for efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure all contracts and legal documents align with company policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address contract issues and provide strategic guidance.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and generate reports to track compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a contract administration role.
  • Experience with Ironclad.
