About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key store individuals, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out in-store visits to ensure Mondelēz products are well-represented, stocked, and maintained.
  • Ensure sales negotiations with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
  • Follow daily route planning to optimize in-store service.
  • Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
  • Work with Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Live within 50 miles of the primary location: Reno, NV.
  • Secondary locations: Carson City, Fallon, Fernley, Sparks, NV, and South Lake Tahoe, CA.
  • Schedule availability required: Monday - Friday.
  • Must be open to relocation and able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.
