Marketing and Outreach Specialist

The Marketing and Outreach Specialist will play a pivotal role in creating and executing outreach strategies to build and strengthen relationships with insurance professionals. This role will also involve developing and implementing digital media strategies to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Proactively establish connections with insurance agents and agencies to introduce service offerings, focusing on building long-term relationships and establishing trust.
- Education & Awareness: Conduct presentations, workshops, and meetings with insurance staff to educate them on the benefits of partnering for restoration projects.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance agents, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a seamless experience for their clients.
- Digital Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital media campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation: Work with internal teams to create content that resonates with the insurance industry, including blog posts, case studies, and video content.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts and service offerings.
- Event Coordination: Plan and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote and build relationships with key industry players.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and account management activities, providing regular reports to leadership and recommending adjustments as needed.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, account management, or sales, preferably within the insurance or restoration industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Proficient in using marketing and CRM software tools.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend events.
- Experience working with insurance agents or in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with restoration services and industry-specific regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
