Program Manager for Community Outreach in Infectious Diseases

As part of our mission, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager for Community Outreach in Infectious Diseases to join our team.
This role will oversee the community outreach program, including linkage-to-care coordination, protocol recruitment, fostering partnerships for community engagement, and End HIV initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing programs with a focus on customer needs, experience in program budget tracking, reporting, and risk management, and the ability to engage with senior leaders to facilitate decision making.
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with a growth mindset, have community engagement, public health, HIV, and management experience, and strong communication skills. They will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of the program, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving internal stakeholder management and communications, and providing oversight and management of program budgets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and grow a team of community outreach and engagement specialists, serving as a mentor and sounding board as they navigate the complexities of engaging and retaining children and youth in clinical care and research related to HIV prevention and treatment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of experience in program management and delivery
- Experience designing and managing programs with a focus on customer needs
- Experience in program budget tracking, reporting, and risk management
- Proven experience engaging with senior leaders to facilitate decision making
Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $78,000 - $139,360 per year for the role of Program Manager for Community Outreach in Infectious Diseases.
