Position Overview:
As a Receptionist at CapLeo Global, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and guests with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Assist visitors in navigating the office environment.
  • Announce clients to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Support workplace security by managing visitor badges and maintaining accurate logs.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, note-taking, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting and training spaces for events.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and direct them accordingly.
  • Provide administrative assistance to team members as required.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
  • Manage incoming calls by screening, forwarding, and answering inquiries.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
  • Oversee the junior administrative team, including hiring and development.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar position.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical processes.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as needed.
