About the Position

Join CBRE's esteemed Private Client Program, a premier opportunity within the commercial real estate sector. This program offers access to a vast network of over 500 dedicated sales professionals across more than 50 markets nationwide, providing a rich reservoir of knowledge and expertise.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek forward-thinking individuals with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience, who are keen to elevate their careers. This role is ideal for established professionals with a solid client base, looking for advanced technology, innovative training, and unparalleled support from industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive local and national client portfolio to generate income through debt and equity placements. Coordinate marketing initiatives that encompass print, digital, and personal outreach.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with CBRE colleagues to collaboratively craft business proposals and provide essential financial support information.
  • Collaborate with sales professionals to enhance client relationships and streamline transactions.
  • Engage actively in local and national commercial real estate organizations, participating in committees such as NAIOP, ULI, MBA, and CCIM.
  • Work closely with analysts to prepare loan submission reports for review by capital providers.
  • Embrace a team-oriented approach, offering continuous training and mentorship to analysts while upholding CBRE's core principles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in commercial real estate finance or investment sales.
  • Prior experience in Capital Markets real estate is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with real estate finance, appraisal principles, market analysis, and accounting is preferred.
  • Advanced understanding of financial terminology and principles, with the ability to perform complex calculations and conduct in-depth financial analyses.
