Strategic Communications Director for Global Human Resources

We are seeking an Associate Director of Global HR Communications and Change Management to join our Global HR team. This role will be responsible for developing clear and effective communications for ongoing HR transformation across the Daiichi Sankyo Group. The successful candidate will work closely with regional and international colleagues to ensure the development and execution of strategic change communication plans.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement clear communication strategies for global and regional audiences
  • Create communications tactics and messages to all employees and beyond, including presentation materials and talking points for internal and external meetings, written communications, video messages, etc.
  • Design and execute change communication plans, constantly evaluating their effectiveness and making improvements as needed
  • Lead and oversee the creation of various global communication materials
  • Collaborate closely with local and international teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Partner across stakeholders to integrate and manage all communications from initiatives across HR
  • Ensure all change communications are streamlined and aligned with the Global HR Vision and strategy

Qualifications: Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in science, business, liberal arts, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. At least 10 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or related roles is required. Experience supporting or working in human resources or related functions with communications is preferred. Native-level English is required, and native-level or fluent Japanese is preferred.
