We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Director of Executive Compensation. This role will play a critical part in shaping our executive compensation strategies and programs.
The RoleThe Director of Executive Compensation will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering executive compensation strategies and programs. This will include short- and long-term incentives, stock-based compensation, and executive benefits.
The individual will work closely with our Executive and Global Compensation teams, as well as external advisors, to ensure our executive compensation framework attracts, retains, and motivates top-tier talent while complying with SEC regulations and best governance practices.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute competitive total compensation programs for our CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.
- Lead the design and implementation of incentive plans that motivate executives to achieve business objectives and create shareholder value.
- Oversee the administration of global stock-based compensation programs, including time-based and performance-based equity plans.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analyses of executive compensation programs and pay components.
- Prepare and provide support for all materials related to the Human Resources & Compensation Committee.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience in executive compensation, or combined global and executive compensation experience, at a publicly traded company.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. An MBA, CPA, or CCP certification is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEC regulations and disclosure requirements, as well as tax regulations.
They will also possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
