Program Coordinator - Family Support Services

The Family Support Services initiative at YWCA of Hawai'i Islands offers essential home-based assistance to qualifying families. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and delegate work assignments
  • Evaluate employee performance and deliver constructive feedback
  • Address grievances and facilitate resolutions

Required Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Social Work, Human Development, or a related discipline is preferred

A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience along with 2 years in program oversight is preferred

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational abilities are essential

Comprehension of child development principles and Parent-Child Interaction is necessary

Awareness of community challenges and local organizations is beneficial
