Job Title: Store Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Store Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving individual sales targets, and contributing to store goals.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with product selections and provide detailed product information.
  • Ensure a memorable and satisfying experience for all customers.

2. Sales Performance

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals through effective sales techniques.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales events.
  • Use effective communication skills to drive revenue and customer loyalty.

3. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain a visually appealing sales floor.

4. Store Presentation

  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and signage on all products.

5. Customer Service

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

About You

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some weekdays, holidays, and as business dictates.
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, retail, and/or sales-related positions.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven by exceeding sales performance aspirations and creating an innovative customer experience.
  • High standards of personal appearance and professional behavior.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent English speaker. Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
  • Customer-centric: passionate about providing high-quality service and care to clients.
  • Adaptable: flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
