About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Specialist to join our team at Kforce Inc. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals while maintaining a deep understanding of current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to solve clients' business needs.
  • Develop and foster genuine relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert within our industry.
  • Conduct in-person client visits to gain awareness of customer vision, strategy, goals, and needs.
  • Deliver presentations to key stakeholders in a consultative and engaging approach.
  • Participate in customer and networking events, business meetups, and social events to develop and foster a network.
  • Create and lead execution of sales for both existing customers and new business.
  • Partner with organizations to understand their industry's distinct needs and oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of sales-related experience.
  • Experience with client-facing and in-person sales.
  • Ability to attend networking events, drive client interaction, and get out in front of customers.
  • Interest in a challenging yet rewarding environment that brings together competition and culture within a team.
  • Undeniable work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
