The Private Sector Engagement Modernization Contract (PSEMC) is a key initiative for Dexis Consulting Group. Through this contract, we support the U.S. Agency for International Development's (USAID) PSE Hub in expanding and deepening collaboration with the private sector to achieve greater development outcomes.

The Supply Chain Integrity and Freedom (SCIF) program is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to make a difference. As a Relationship and Engagement Management Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including public, private, non-profit sectors, and academic communities.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent education/experience in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex relationships with customers, clients, and partners
  • Serve as the primary contact between external partners and the SCIF team
  • Resolve partner complaints independently and ensure partnership terms are met
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners
  • Lead weekly introductory meetings with potential partners and clients
  • Assess stakeholder needs and make strategic recommendations
  • Facilitate introductions using network connections
  • Develop techniques to identify and pursue new relationships
  • Increase exposure for SCIF partners to investment and resources
  • Conduct outreach to introduce new audiences to SCIF
  • Attend industry events and communicate SCIF partnership efforts
  • Ensure consistent communication on meetings, engagements, and updates

Requirements:

  • Ability to attain and maintain a Secret-level Security Clearance; strong preference for candidates with active clearances
  • Ability to attend meetings in person at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC as requested or required

Estimated Salary: $120,000-$135,000 USD per year
