**Job Overview**

EAB seeks a highly motivated Strategic Partnerships Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for establishing relationships with key decision makers within education institutions.

We are looking for a persuasive leader who can teach and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. As our ambassador and connector, this person will play a pivotal role in the growth of our firm.

This position involves generating leads and managing the sales process to convert new partners. We require a sales professional with a strong track record of success achieving and exceeding sales goals within a team selling environment.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8+ years of relevant full-time professional experience, preferably in the education sector. A deep understanding of K-12 processes, difficulties, and opportunities is also desirable.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Prospect and build new business within an assigned territory of K-12 public school districts;
  • Build relationships by meeting with senior executives at school and district levels to discuss their strategic challenges and opportunities;
  • Conduct live presentations, including diagnostic evaluations, to understand prospective partner needs and educate key stakeholders on the value of EAB products and services;
  • Meet annual revenue goals through management of a sales pipeline with pursuits in various stages of the evaluation process;
  • Work with other sales, marketing, and delivery team members to drive increased revenue within an assigned portfolio of institutions;

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university;
  • Proven track record of success exceeding personal revenue targets in business development roles;
  • Experience representing complex products or services to external partners in a trusted, consultative capacity;
  • Ability to negotiate and excellent persuasion skills;
  • Willingness to travel domestically at least 25-50%.

Compensation: The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $48,000 - $105,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. In addition, this hire will be eligible for lucrative uncapped incentive compensation.
