Position: Operations Center Leader

We are currently in search of a dedicated individual with daycare or preschool experience to become part of our team as an Operations Center Leader.

As an Operations Center Leader at The Learning Experience, You Will:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for positively impacting the lives of children and staff. Foster an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups.
  • Ensure that the center's physical environment complies with health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full adherence to local and state licensing regulations.
  • Build and maintain a highly qualified team by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective staff.
  • Guide our educators in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your enthusiasm for learning. Utilize our engaging characters to enhance the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience.
  • Drive consistent business outcomes, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations. Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly profit and loss reports, and oversee employee payroll.
  • Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the advantages of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

  • Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
  • Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, along with any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (required).
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000.00 per year

The Learning Experience

At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging, and fun so children are happy to learn, play, and grow.

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own pace. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play, and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

At TLE, we've created a full cast of characters that become our little learners' educators, partners, and friends throughout their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest, bringing learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
