We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of HVAC Operations Supervisor. This role is crucial for overseeing HVAC projects and activities within our organization. The HVAC Operations Supervisor will coordinate with various technical teams and vendors to ensure that engineering projects are adequately staffed and that milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee service operations and site maintenance for national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize a range of hand tools and follow engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems and products at customer locations.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, site surveys, and modifications as requested by clients.
  • Prepare for on-site installations and repairs by assessing building layouts and coordinating necessary materials and work.
  • Inspect and maintain service vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and clean.
  • Keep detailed records of service performed, scheduling, and maintenance for vehicles and equipment.
  • Document all work completed, including daily logs, progress reports, and time records.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and customers effectively.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with mechanical hand tools is required.
  • Ability to multitask and work with hands effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems is essential.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • A valid state motor vehicle operator's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including some overnight trips.
