Role Summary:
The Certified HVAC Technician is accountable for the installation, upkeep, calibration, and repair of HVAC systems within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interpret blueprints and manufacturer specifications to maintain and repair air conditioning systems.
  2. Understand the critical applications of the HVAC systems being serviced.
  3. Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels.
  4. Diagnose, inspect, calibrate, and repair components as necessary.
  5. Maintain accurate records to comply with regulatory standards.
  6. Promote a culture of safety and quality in all operations.
  7. Manage equipment inventory and liaise with vendors as needed.
  8. Operate and maintain various HVAC systems and associated controls.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical training in HVAC systems or equivalent certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance and installation of HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • Universal certification for refrigerant recovery (EPA).
Preferred:
  • No additional qualifications required.
