As an HVAC Service Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, maintaining equipment, and promoting our products to enhance sales.


Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, perform maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance procedures to minimize system failures and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Repair, replace, and adjust vents and ductwork to optimize airflow and system efficiency.
  • Promote and sell HVAC products to increase sales and provide customers with comprehensive solutions.
  • Disassemble and assemble HVAC components, diagnose issues, and make necessary repairs.
  • Obtain customer approval for services and charges, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Inspect and repair system components, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Perform inspections, site surveys, and fulfill service requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and dispatchers, providing timely updates and information.
  • Maintain company vehicle, stock truck, and complete necessary paperwork meticulously.
  • Educate customers on product usage and maintenance practices to promote long-term system performance.
  • Test repairs and installations to ensure proper functioning and meet quality standards.
