Position Overview:
The Certified HVAC Technician is tasked with the installation, upkeep, calibration, and repair of HVAC systems within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interpret blueprints and manufacturer specifications for HVAC maintenance and repairs.
  2. Maintain awareness of the critical functions of the HVAC systems in operation.
  3. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels.
  4. Diagnose, inspect, calibrate, and repair HVAC components as needed.
  5. Keep detailed records to comply with regulations and standards.
  6. Promote a culture of safety and quality in all operations.
  7. Manage equipment inventory and liaise with vendors and contractors.
  8. Operate and maintain various HVAC systems and associated equipment.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned, as this list is not exhaustive.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical training in HVAC systems or equivalent certification.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and installation in a commercial environment.
  • Universal certification for refrigerant recovery (EPA).
Preferred:
  • No additional qualifications required.
