Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior HVAC Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing maintenance teams and ensuring efficient operations across multiple properties.
  • Diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems, including multi-zone heating and cooling.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple work orders to meet operational demands.
  • Promoting workplace safety and environmental best practices in maintenance activities.
  • Performing various maintenance tasks as required, including plumbing, electrical work, and drywall repairs.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with residents.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A valid Universal EPA certification and relevant HVAC experience.
  • A minimum of one year of paid experience in HVAC maintenance.
  • Experience in multifamily maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:
This position requires in-person work at various locations. Candidates should be prepared for a full-time or part-time schedule, including weekdays and occasional weekends.
