Senior Program Director

M2: The Institute for Experiential Jewish Education is seeking a seasoned Program Director to oversee our expanding program portfolio. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and launching innovative, interactive, and logistically complex programs while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Management (50%):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy to drive growth and excellence in our cohort programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality programs that meet stated goals and outcomes
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful program execution
- Lead and develop a team of program managers and coordinators to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them grow professionally and personally
- Lead and facilitate program sessions, workshops, and events to deliver exceptional educational experiences
- Collaborate with external faculty and consultants to develop and deliver high-quality programs
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on experiential Jewish education
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful programs that drive growth and excellence
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
